Due to the nature of our services, refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

2. Stamp Paper Sales
  • Once an order for stamp paper has been processed and printed, no refund or cancellation is allowed.
  • If there is a printing error due to our mistake, we will replace the stamp paper at no additional cost.
  • Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery in case of any defects or errors.
3. ITR Filing Services
  • Refunds are not applicable once the ITR filing process has been initiated.
  • If payment is made but the filing process has not started, a refund request can be made within 24 hours of payment.
  • If an error occurs due to our fault, we will rectify it at no extra charge.
4. Company Registration
  • Once the registration process has started, no refunds will be issued.
  • If the application is rejected due to incorrect information provided by the client, no refund will be processed.
  • If we fail to deliver the service due to an internal error, a partial or full refund may be provided at our discretion.
5. Digital Signature Services (DSC)
  • No refunds will be provided once the Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) application is submitted.
  • If an incorrect DSC is issued due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
6. GST Registration Services
  • Refunds are not applicable once the GST registration process has begun.
  • If the application is rejected due to incorrect details provided by the customer, no refund will be processed.
  • If an error occurs on our end, we will make corrections free of charge.
7. Processing Time for Refunds
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be credited using the original payment method.
8. How to Request a Refund?

To request a refund, please contact our customer support at support@vartikaindia.in with the following details:

  • Order ID/Transaction ID
  • Reason for refund request
  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)
